Dietary Requirements

The venue requires notification of dietary restrictions, therefore, if you have not yet advised of any restrictions at your table, please advise lynne.aungiers@nepic.co.uk at the earliest. 

Hospitality

A table of 10 will have two bottles each of red and white wine on the table at the start of the evening, along with a bottle each of still and sparkling water. 

A table of 12 will have 3x red and 2x white and water, as detailed above.

 18:15hrs onwards Guests arrive at Hardwick Hall for pre-dinner drinks in the Crush bar

VIP Reception   As a sponsor company, two company representatives are invited to join the NEPIC hosts, top table guests and award winners in the Boyne Suite for pre-dinner drinks.

19:10 – 19:25hrs  Guests are seated in the Coleman Suite

19:30hrs Welcome

19:45hrs  Awards commence

The dinner is interspersed with awards between courses

 22:00hrs  Formalities End

 00:30hrs Event Closes
