Many thanks for supporting NEPIC’s 14th Annual Industry Awards Dinner 2020.

Information regarding the format of the evening is detailed below

 The Event

Dress Code Black Tie

Venue Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield TS21 2EH

Hospitality

A table of 10 will have two bottles each of red and white wine on the table at the start of the evening, along with a bottle each of still and sparkling water. 

A table of 12 will have 3 red and two white and water, as detailed above.

Timetable

18:15hrs onwards   Guests arrive at Hardwick Hall for pre-dinner drinks in the Crush Bar

The Boyne Suite is located on the ground floor, between the hotel lounge and the entrance to the Coleman Suite

19:15hrs  Guests will be called to dinner in the Coleman Suite for a swift commencement of proceedings at 19:30hrs

19:30hrs  Welcome address and commencement of the awards presentations, which are interspersed throughout the evening.

22:00hrs  Formalities end

00:30hrs  Event Closes
