1. Event Information

Date: 24th September 2024
Time: 08.30 – 16.30
Venue: Hardwick Hall Hotel Sedgefield TS21 2EH (https://hardwickhallhotel.co.uk/) – please note: the event will take place within The Grand Marquee and not the main hotel.

2. Information for Exhibitors

What you need to know

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION FORM
You should have received an exhibitor booking form. If you haven’t yet returned it please do so as soon as possible so we can ensure we meet your requirements on the day. If you haven’t received a copy, please download here and return to meetthemembers@nepic.co.uk as soon as possible.

STAND ALLOCATION
You will have been sent a link to book your stand location*. If you haven’t already done so, please select your preferred plot. (*Premium stands and sponsor stands will be allocated a location by NEPIC). If you need a new link sent to you please email meetthemembers@nepic.co.uk

EXHIBITION SET-UP
Exhibition set up is available during the following times:

23 September 16:00 – 20:00 (Please note: there will be no opportunity to set up your space on the morning of the event. All exhibitors must have set up and have left the venue by 20:00 on the 23 September).

DE-RIGGING
Out of respect for all exhibitors, delegates and the one-2-one mentoring meetings that take place in the afternoon, there is strictly no derigging permitted prior to 16.30 on 24 September.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive for registration at 8am on Tuesday 24 September and collect your name badge and delegate bag from the registration desk. Delegates will be arriving for registration from 8.30am. Please note: breakfast will not be provided. There will be a morning refreshment break and a full lunch for all attendees.

What you need to know

ARRIVAL TIME
Delegate registration will take place between 8.30 am and 9.15 am on Tuesday 24 September, with the conference beginning at 9.30 am. Please note: breakfast will not be provided. There will be a morning refreshment break and a full lunch for all attendees.
