EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Thank you for booking your exhibition stand at this year’s conference – we look forward to seeing you on the day! In the meantime, you will find everything you need to know below.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION FORM
You should have received an exhibitor booking form. If you haven’t yet returned it please do so as soon as possible so we can ensure we meet your requirements on the day.

STAND ALLOCATION
We have now allocated all exhibitors a stand number.

EXHIBITION SET-UP

Exhibition set up is available during the following times:

4 October 16:00 – 20:00 (Please note: there will be no opportunity to set up your space on the morning of the event. All exhibitors must have set up and have left the venue by 20:00 on the 4th).

DE-RIGGING

Out of respect for all exhibitors, delegates and the one-2-one mentoring meetings that take place in the afternoon, there is strictly no derigging permitted prior to 16.30 on 5 October.

ARRIVAL TIME – 5th October

Please arrive for registration at 8am on Thursday 5th October and collect your name badge and delegate bag from the registration desk. Delegates will be arriving for registration from 8.30am.

AGENDA & CONFERENCE GUIDE

We will send out the full conference guide on Monday 2nd October as well as uploading here. This will contain the running order for the day, speaker bios, WIFI passwords, and exhibitor listing.
