These terms of use govern your use of NEPIC’s Members Hub. Please note that our Privacy Policy forms part of the terms of use.

Acceptance

These General Conditions of Use set out the terms and conditions on which you may access and use the Members Hub provided by the North East of England Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC) Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 46121241.

These General Conditions of Use are legally binding on all users of the Members Hub to the extent applicable depending on your method of access. By entering the Members Hub via log-in you are confirming your acceptance of these General Conditions of Use and agree to be bound by them.

Changes to our terms of use

We may amend these terms of use from time to time, and the revised version will be effective when displayed here.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on our website is accurate.
