Established since 2015, APS Fabrications Ltd has extensive experience in fabrication of structural and piping projects across Teesside.

We compliment client designs using 3D modelling software i.e. AutoCAD Plant 3D and AVEVA E3D for piping arrangements and isometric production. CAESAR II for piping stress analysis, TEKLA Structures for structural design and fabrication drawing production.

Our in-house team of engineering trades: Platers, Welders and CSWIP inspection personnel, provide structural services for fabrication of heavy duty primary structural steelwork, through to secondary steel, pipe racks, platforms, handrail and grating, access ladders and stairways.

Our in-house team of engineering trades: Pipefitters, Welders and CSWIP inspection personnel, provide piping services for fabrication of ASME pipework in both Carbon and Stainless steel from 1/2"NB through to 24"NB

Our site teams of pipefitters, steel erectors, riggers and plant operators provide installation services. Our teams carry CSCS and/or CCNSG safety passports, and carry applicable training i.e. IPAF, ITSAAR, PASMA, OPITO.
