North Tees Ltd is a privately owned company with offices in Newcastle and Teesside.

Its Teesside landholding comprises of over c500 acres of land on the north bank of the River Tees. The North Tees Estate has been developed with the vision of creating a world-class green chemical and energy hub capable of hosting the green industries of the future, providing estate companies with net zero carbon opportunities, links to the hydrogen infrastructure, e-fuel and aviation fuel manufacturing, battery storage, energy from wind utilisation and much more.

To date over £1.3billion has been invested in such projects.
