Aquamatix are pioneers of Internet of Things applied to water management. WaterWorX is our foundational platform, a library of standard water things, pump stations, flowmeters, reservoirs, DMAs etc, all provided on open standards and SaaS model and proven in water companies. We are developing a set of standard apps which bring together system and asset performance benchmarking with energy efficiency, via a semantic interoperability model referred to as SWIM. WaterworX can be used for various applications across the clean and waste water industries,We also provide strategic consultancy in Smart Water technology and markets.
WaterworX has been supplied to clients to solve a variety of control and monitoring applications.
The system is quick to develop and deploy and is a very cost effective way to provide control and monitoring of various remote assets.
Applications include
1 Control and monitoring of a canal, including water balance and pump optimisation.
2. Monitoring and control of the clean water supply and waste water disposal for a town in the South of the UK.
3. Control and monitoring of greywater recycling / rainwater harvesting systems.
4. Main standbye / dual sewage pump control, monitoring and optimisation.
We can develop industrial water monitoring and control systems for any industry and would be interested in discussing challenges associated with water management in all industries across the Region. The technology is equally applicable for flood monitoring / management and for applications in smart cities and buildings.
AquamatiX is interested in partnering with companies who can install and support the sensors and communications technologies that are required as part of an overall WaterworX application.
