If you are having injuries on your site then we can guarantee that you have opportunities to improve your productivity. We also have a morale responsibility not to injure people through our activities.

We have carried out many assessments (100+) and are yet to visit a site or factory recording serious injuries while performing at world-class levels of operational performance.

When it comes to people or process safety, operating discipline and compliance are key behaviours that are often missing in these cultures. Companies that then deploy improvement methodologies and techniques, such as lean or 6 Sigma, typically find that they fail to deliver real sustainable change.
