Overview
This webinar will outline how to use parameterised components and a patented solver method to speed up e.g. FEA models x1000 so they can be used on-line for static mechanical equipment monitoring with appropriate workflows, analysis and dashboarding. With the goal of lowering asset risk and reducing incidents, achieving higher up-time and more throughput and extending asset life. Equipment such as reactors, reformers, vaporisers, coker drums, pipelines or structures can be monitored for e.g. corrosion, thermal fatigue, creep, minimum pressurisation temperature, etc. Thereby giving you warnings if equipment is in danger, or not, from things such as hot spots, thermal fatigue cracking or defect growth.
