In most instances NEPIC’s e-mail communications work to promote and support member organisations with marketing, networking and best practice based content. 

Sadly, it has been brought to our attention again this week that many of you have received an email (Subject Line: NEPIC 2020) regarding our contact database that implies this information is available to purchase. This email was unsolicited (spam) and we offer our sincere apologies for any intrusion and uncertainly this may have caused. 

NEPIC’s respects the information we collect and hold on all our members and takes the security and use of your information very seriously. Please rest assured that data collected by NEPIC is not shared or traded and conforms with GDPR. To view our privacy policy, please click here. 

Whilst we continue to look into this matter further, can we please ask that you:

• Delete and not action any emails referencing NEPIC that do not end in one of the following extensions – @nepic.co.uk or @e-nepic.co.uk. 
• Set the email address to junk or block the sender (details below)

To block a sender in Outlook

• In the message list, select a message from the sender whom you want to block.
• In the Outlook menu bar select Message > Junk Mail > Block Sender.
• Outlook adds the sender’s email address to the blocked senders list
