Sadly, it was brought to our attention yesterday that some of our members received an email (Subject Line: INVOICE UPDATE) suggesting that we are undergoing an annual bank reconciliation audit. This email was unsolicited (spam) and we offer our sincere apologies for any intrusion and uncertainly this may have caused.

NEPIC’s respects the information we collect and hold on all our members and takes the security and use of your information very seriously. Please rest assured that data collected by NEPIC is not shared or traded and conforms with GDPR. To view our privacy policy, please click here.

Whilst we investigate this matter further, can we please ask that you:

• Delete and not action any emails referencing NEPIC that do not end in one of the following extensions – @nepic.co.uk or @e-nepic.co.uk
• Set the email address to junk or block the sender (details below)

To block a sender in Outlook

• In the message list, select a message from the sender whom you want to block
• In the Outlook menu bar select Message > Junk Mail > Block Sender
• Outlook adds the sender’s email address to the blocked senders list
