After the turbulence of 2020/2021, a post-Covid-19 and post-EU-Exit landscape is emerging. Growing demand exists overseas for UK products and services, but the global marketplace is competitive.

The North East Local Enterprise Partnership and Department for International Trade are developing a strategy for North East businesses to win business overseas and grow our region’s competitiveness.

We’re seeking feedback from businesses on their export intentions in 2021 and beyond, including:

• What are the future export opportunities?
• What are the biggest challenges to exporting?
• What are the key factors for export success?
• What support do businesses need to start/continue/expand their involvement in overseas trade.
