Our mentoring sessions aim to provide organisations with the opportunity to get in front of the right people, source valuable information regarding products and services and gain advice on how to develop and enhance their offering to the sector.
During TT Industrial’s first time exhibiting at our Expo, they sat down with SEQENS, a global leader in pharmaceutical solutions at our flagship event on 05 October 2023 and subsequently, that connection facilitated by NEPIC enabled TT Industrial to win work with SEQENS.
SEQENS require regular cleaning of the tanks they use for transport to avoid contamination, and must be cleaned to exact specifications, requiring a reliable tank cleaning professional from within the supply chain.
SEQENS faced a challenge when a supplier cancelled and could no longer commit to the cleaning of their tank, having remembered TT Industrial from NEPIC’s Meet the Members Expo, Emily Anderson, plant manager, contacted TT Industrial’s general manager, Dean Gray.
To provide an added layer of assurance, TT Industrial can also collaborate with Crystal Clean Services, a trusted partner known for their specialized cleaning solutions. Their combined efforts can ensure that SEQENS’ tanks would be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected according to the most stringent guidelines. This partnership can not only addresse SEQENS’ immediate needs but also helped establish a reliable, long-term solution for tank cleaning within the supply chain.
Emily said:
“Dean was able to come to site last minute when we found ourselves in a difficult situation. TT Industrial provided a professional service and cleaned the tank to our expectations, they were responsive, flexible and resolute, and were able to handle the regulations of our top tier COMAH site, without any quality or safety issues.
“If we hadn’t met Dean and TT Industrial at Meet the Members, this situation we found ourselves in could have caused plant delays and potential losses. This is why it’s so important to have a service like this at events like NEPIC’s, which enables you to make new connections and build personable relationships.”
From the success of this project, SEQENS plan for this to be an ongoing partnership with TT Industrial. We’re thrilled to have been able to play a part in connecting these two NEPIC members.
You can make new connections at our Asset Management Conference on 20 February, book online here.
