We are delighted to announce the continued growth of The Wade Academy, by welcoming new Graduate Construction Manager, Gabriel Bejarano.

Gabriel has been studying at Newcastle University since 2022 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has taken a year out of his studies to join us and gain some valuable, hands-on experience with our team, whilst contributing to real-world industry projects. His arrival marks an exciting new chapter for The Wade Academy, as we continue to nurture talent and create future leaders in the construction sector.

The Wade Academy is at the heart of our mission to elevate standards and aspirations in the construction industry, while investing in the development of our own team. Our goal is to provide opportunities for both new entrants and our current team to learn, upskill and grow in a sustainable and collaborative environment. Our very first Academy intake, Rees Doyle, has been an invaluable team member and is now entering his second year at Teesside University, where he is studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
