Did you know there are only just over 100 people in the UK that have successfully qualified as a Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC), as well as a Suitably Qualified Person (SQP) under the National Quality Mark Scheme (NQMS) for land affected by contamination?

IKM Consulting would like to send a big congratulations to our Director, Liz Copland who has successfully qualified for both! As a senior practitioner, Liz’s knowledge and understanding of land condition issues allows for the provision of impartial and professional advice.

Liz’s NQMS SQP status provides increased confidence in the quality of submissions made to Regulators, particularly planning applications for previously used land. Well done, Liz!
