Teesside University have a number of Degree Apprenticeship programmes available:

Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA)

This programme is aimed at Managers/aspiring Managers and consists of the following:

• BA Management Practice
• L5 Diploma Leadership & Management from the CMI (Chartered Managers Institute)
• CMI Chartered Status (on completion)

This is a 3 ½ year course. The cost is £22,000 for Levy paying organisations; £1100 for non-Levy organisations. There are an average of 25 days teaching per year alongside additional/optional industry visits and guest lectures.

Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA)

This programme is aimed at Senior Leaders/Directors and consists of the following:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration)
• L7 Diploma Leadership & Management from the CMI (Chartered Managers Institute)

This is a 2 ½ year course. The cost is £14,000 for Levy paying organisations; £750 for non-Levy organisations.

This programme has an average of 8 days mandatory teaching each year alongside additional/optional guest lectures, industry visits and also offers an international learning expedition in the second year.

Senior People Professional (SPP)

This programme is aimed at senior HR, Organisational Development or Learning & Development specialists and consists of the following:

• Masters in Human Resource Management
• CIPD Chartered Member Status (on completion)

This is a 2 ½ year course. The cost is £19,000 for Levy paying organisations; £950 for non-Levy organisations.

This programme has an average of 20-24 days mandatory teaching each year alongside additional/optional guest lectures.

Project Manager (PM)

This programme is aimed at employees, across a variety of sectors, who are responsible for delivering projects (or subsets of) and consists of:

• BA (Hons) Management Practice
• International Project Management Association (IPMA) qualification
• Membership of the Association of Project Managers (APM)

This is a 4 year course. The cost is £22,000 for Levy paying organisations; £1100 for non-Levy organisations.
