As the new academic year starts, the new T Level courses in science begin. Shimadzu are looking to support Sixth Form, Further Education colleges and Universities with teaching analytical sciences in the Northeast and across the UK.

Whether this be with provision of high-quality instruments for teaching practical skills or by assisting with provision of teaching materials and expertise, we want to make sure students get the best start and move towards filling the skills gaps identified by industries in the Northeast. Shimadzu have also provided a free to access, online e-resources portal which has webinars for teaching basics of GC and HPLC analysis through to basic equipment maintenance and method development techniques which can be used to assist companies in upskilling new analytical scientists.
