Secerna LLP is pleased to announce that patent attorney Melvyn Ansell will be speaking at NEPIC Pharma Connect – Supply Chain Showcase on Tuesday, February 25th, at East Durham College.
Melvyn Ansell’s presentation, “Navigating Intellectual Property in Pharma Collaborations – Key Considerations for CDMOs/CROs/CMOs,” will explore the collaborative development of new medicines, focusing on partnerships between pharmaceutical/biotech companies and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
He will discuss key intellectual property considerations at each stage of these collaborations (before, during, and after formation), highlight potential issues through a case study, and offer practical steps for dispute resolution.
