IKM is assisting a top-tier COMAH site with Occupied Building Risk Assessments (OBRA) to validate the structural integrity of the buildings, assessing the hazard withstand capacity for blast, fire and toxic gas ingress.

Our team provided remediation recommendations per the Chemical Industries Association (CIA) guidance for each building to ensure occupants have appropriate protection in the unlikely event of a break in containment.
