The shortlist, which organisers TALiNT Partners say represent 50 of the most resilient recruiters in the UK, evaluates recruitment businesses across a range of areas including the PurePro sponsored Back Office Team of the Year category for which NRL has been confirmed as a finalist.
Established in 1983, delivering technical expertise to a range of engineering sectors, NRL has firmly established its capability to deliver recruitment solutions to the most heavily regulated of industries.
This includes providing comprehensive NAECI working agreement project solutions for the last 12 years. It’s this high level of knowledge and adherence to industry compliance that shaped the company’s recent TALiNT award submission – and ultimately earned them a spot on this year’s shortlist.
“It’s fantastic to see our back office compliance operations recognised yet again.
“Our teams across the UK and internationally have dedicated a great deal of time and effort to understand both the industry sectors in which we operate, as well as our clients’ individual safety and security objectives.
“We firmly believe that our continued focus on safety through compliance is the most important element of the long-term partnerships we share with our clients.
“Good luck to all the finalists, who have rightly earned their place on this year’s shortlist.”
A final stage of judging will now determine the prestigious winners of the TALiNT International Recruitment Awards 2021, which will be announced at an industry evening in London on Wednesday 20th October. The TALiNT award follows NRL also reaching the shortlist for the Most Effective Back Office Operation category of the Recruiter Awards 2021.
