Read more >At the start of 2022 engineering recruitment specialists NRL opened their latest local recruitment branch in Teesside, to meet the growing demand from clients to provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across the region. Now, less than a year after setting up, they’re looking to grow their team – thanks to continued success.
The team, based in the Wilton Centre, are welcoming applications for their Recruitment Resourcer vacancy, providing a great opportunity to develop a rewarding career in recruitment with the chance to work towards becoming a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
NRL have supported projects and clients across Teesside for several years prior to setting up their Teesside branch in January 2022, including working on high profile renewable energy and net zero projects. As the region continues to progress regeneration plans at pace, NRL’s Teesside Divisional Manager Allan Stevenson sees the growth of his team as a great opportunity to forge a long-term career in recruitment:
“Since opening in January this year it feels like we’ve not stopped. From welcoming new clients, to getting to know our Wilton Centre neighbours and exploring how we can work collaboratively together. No day is the same, and there’s lots of different projects and initiatives we’re supporting clients with. So, once appointed, our new Recruitment Resourcer will be able to get involved in a lot of different recruitment solutions from the get go.
For anyone who’s never consider recruitment as a career option before, if you’re highly organised, like building connections with people and are a natural problem solver, then it’s a great industry to learn so many different skills.
There’s a real sense of satisfaction from helping people find the right job, working with clients to address skill shortages or develop their diversity and inclusion strategy. It’s also great to know that you’re playing your part in ensuring the region has the talent and skills to bring regeneration plans to life.”
