If you have mislaid or forgotten your log-in details, please email help@nepic.co.uk. Alternately, as we operate a one-company, one-log-in system, a colleague within your business may be able to assist you.
No. Our systems will remember your computer’s IP address and, if you don’t log-out, you will be able to access the hub on each visit without re-entering your log-in details.
Yes. We operate a one-company, one-log-in system. We wholeheartedly encourage the sharing of these details to ensure that your business maximises its membership via full company engagement.
The Members Hub broadcast section has been created to encourage real-time sharing of your company’s news with fellow members. Through this function, you can promote your events, publicise a news story and encourage interaction through the generation of promotional offers.
Yes. Simply select the type of broadcast you wish to make – news, event or promotion – and complete the fields. Here you can also add an external link and an image.
If you do not have, or do not wish to upload an image, then your company logo will be pulled from your on-line profile and displayed instead.
Yes. To preview your broadcast, follow the preview button and review.
This is a function that we hope to add but is not available through this release. If you need to remove or amend a broadcast please email the team at help@nepic.co.uk
Yes. Each month we will promote your news, events and promotions to members via a monthly e-bulletin. We will also be keeping an eye out for great news stories to include in FocalPoint and to share across our social media platforms.
Yes. Simply click on the orange ‘edit profile’ button to update. The pop-up form will populate with the details that we currently hold on your business. Through this function, you can make amendments and updates as regularly as you wish.
The information contained within your company profile is displayed within the NEPIC on-line member’s directory and within the annual print directory.
No. Information is only viewable by persons logged into the members’ hub. Please note: main member contact details are displayed within the printed Directory.
Yes. All members will be invited to review and update on-line company profiles prior to the printing of the Directory in each June. This process commences in April of each year.
Yes. This function is also available via the ‘edit profile’ function.
A file with the PNG file extension is a Portable Network Graphics file. This format uses lossless compression and often used to store graphics on websites.
The print directory is generated from the content contained within the NEPIC website, including the free display of your company. To ensure compatibility and quality, our systems require image files be uploaded as PNG files.
There are two ways to save an image file as a PNG. Please click here to find out how – supplying a logo.
Yes. When logged into the hub, you can access membership files including certificates and logos.
Yes. This function is available for non-fee paying events such as Cluster Connect, Pharma Connect, Annual General Meeting and member-only workshops and seminars.
Yes. You can see which events you and your colleagues are booked to attend and also amend these bookings within the systems.
