Delegate Bag Inserts –AVAILABLE 

Promote your organisation and share something with our delegates by including an insert in the conference delegate bags. Bags are distributed to all attending the event and are a great way to showcase materials and share information. Simply book and send us your promotional material.

Goodie* insert: £250

Delivery & insert instructions:

• Materials must to be delivered by Wednesday 3 June 2020 to Lucy Tyreman, NEPIC Limited, The Wilton Centre, Wilton, Redcar TS10 4RF
• Promotional items including pens, post-it note pads etc. are all welcome inserts
• We will require 500 inserts and/or goodies. Leaflets must either be A5, A4 or A3 folded to A4 size
• Delegate bag inserts are limited to 5, therefore please book early to avoid disappointment.

Conference Guide Advertising –  AVAILABLE 

We will once again be producing a useful and informative conference booklet to guide delegates and exhibitors around the event during the day, including a centre spread floor plan and exhibitor A-Z.

If you wish to enhance you profile and offering further by advertising within the guide, the following options are available:

Inside front cover: £300
Back cover: £300
Full page: £250
Half page: £150
Quarter page: £75
