Given the recent and significant changes brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to theme this month’s newsletter around the amazing resilience many of you are showing; and highlighting the importance of flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing landscape.

Wow.. well, where to begin? So much has changed in such a short space of time, it’s likely we’re all still getting used to this ‘new normal’!

However, here we find ourselves in a world of lockdown and we have to find a way forward. Just Williams is always evolving, looking for new ways to work better for and with our clients. However, as we look towards the future we have to acknowledge that even for us – this is a strange way to be! 

The team have been working from home for a while now, as I’m sure many of you have too, and there definitely was a period of quiet as everyone transitioned out of office – but how did you use that time?

Did you panic? Or, did you plan? Well, if you’re honest, it was probably a bit of both – and rightly so, these are unprecedented times! But we have used the past few weeks to actually focus on what is important to the business and how to safeguard that.

We have been able to begin development on exciting new programme (coming soon!), strengthen some already lovely relationships as well as offering free and paid-for webinars so that we can share some tips in a time where many are struggling or looking to diversify. We were thrilled to see all of our webinars ‘sell out’, and got some amazing feedback too. And this is helping shape what we do next. 

Being able to do all this wouldn’t have been possible in the hectic day-to-day of ‘normal business’; but we’ve tried to look at this time in a different light. To focus on the silver linings that come with every cloud, and yes; acknowledge the devastating effects this virus has had on the world. But when tragedy strikes, what do you do? You circle the wagons and look after what is important; and for us – that was You. 

So, in a trying time – don’t panic. We are here for you, for your business, in whatever shape that is. And just know that you are not alone.
