Starting October 2024, an ENS Declaration for Safety and Security will be required for ALL
shipments arriving in the UK from the EU.

This requirement currently only applies to imports from the Rest of the World and the Carrier must ensure this declaration is lodged before the vessel arrives. Recently, HMRC has increased checks on RoW shipments, and fines will be issued to Carriers for vessels without a valid entry.
