Upskill managers to lead teams and projects effectively with Newcastle University’s Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager Higher Apprenticeship. Our next 21 month programme starts this April, and applications are open now.

If your employees:

 Manage people or projects
 Are responsible for the delivery of a service or product
 Lead change within their area of work
 Have some financial and resource responsibility

Then this programme may be for them.

SMEs can access 95% funding towards the total cost of the programme, meaning they would only need to pay £350 towards the cost of training. Large organisations can use their apprenticeship levy to fully fund the programme.
