Teesside University has a new Professional Degree Apprenticeship starting in January 2025 – The Creative Digital Design Professional – this is ideal to upksill existing employees and help to futureproof your organisation. The course covers the use of AI, VR and AR as well as looking at Creative Digital Thinking, Motion and Urban Graphics.

The course is delivered in a blended way with 3 hours online a week then 2 days on campus each semester (if required) so only 6 per academic year maximum – this is so we can bring industry experts onto the campus from Adobe.

The qualification takes 3 years and 4 months to complete and one of the key features is that your employee works in each module on a piece of work they use on a daily basis – the final assessment is also a project set by the employer. At the end of the course your employee would be awarded a BA Hons Degree in Creative Digital Design.

*The course is valued at £25,000 but due to government funding this only costs non levy paying employers £1,125 or for levy payers it is completely FREE!
