The North East Growth Hub and Tees Valley Combined Authority invite you to one of their upcoming workshops aimed at business owners and managers highlighting the complexity of change, the importance of clarity and workable steps to address issues to improve employee wellbeing and productivity.

The two-hour online sessions will explore the pressures of change and provide a framework for you to make clearer, more considered and overall better decisions. Plus, you’ll leave with a better sense of how to become more proactive and thrive as an organisation.

PLEASE NOTE: While the content is the same across all sessions, to get the most out of the workshop and to help address the challenges of change within your sector please book the most appropriate session for you and your business.

Thursday 16 March 13:00-15:00 – open to business owners and managers operating in the manufacturing sector

Friday 17 March 9:30-11:30 – open to business owners and managers operating in the business to consumer sector

Monday 20 March 13:00-15:00 – an open session for any business to attend

Tuesday 21 March – 13:00-15:00 – an open session for any business to attend

Wednesday 22 March – 9:30-11:30 – an open session for any business to attend
