Further to last week’s post in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic whereby Ian Hedley provided some guidance to the possible contractual remedies that may be available to contractors under NEC® ECC and ECS forms, see here. 

Solomons Europe have been working hard to produce the attached RR / EW meeting agenda.

The idea is to use this as a prompt / template during RR / EW meetings (irrespective of the contract being used) to consider actions which should, or may be taken to minimise the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic and protect project teams and the supply chain.
