Circulating a demand from a Brazilian EPC company called Andrade Gutierrez for a tank farm project in Brazil, and we are looking for potential UK suppliers to introduce to them.

Carbon steel plates:

Carbon Steel plates ASTM A-633 Gr.D (optional ASTM A 36) for petroleum tanks according to API 650. Plate thickness between ¼” to 1 ½”. Estimated weight 12.000t.

Pipe Carbon Steel :

• Pipe Carbon Steel API 5L Gr B, ASME B36.10, buttweld end. Pipe diameter between 6” to 36”. Estimated weight 2.500t
• Pipe Carbon Steel API 5L Grade X65 PSL2; welded (ERW or SAWL) Standard ASME B36.10, buttweld end; End Standard ASME B16.25; external coating anticorrosion with polyethylene in three layers, minimum thickness 2.9mm, according DIN 30670.
• Diameter 32” SCH 0,50. Estimated weight: 10.000t
• Diameter 20” SCH 0,50. Estimated weight: 7.000t

Automatic welding machine:

Automatic machine to weld the carbon steel plates building the tanks.
