Encora Energy’s CHiPCoB is an inexpensive secure control interface designed to actively control commercial and industrial energy assets to maximise value and costs.

UKPN Active Network Management is a new dynamic approach to centralising control systems in the South East of England. The system can monitor up to 500MW worth of energy assets, advising when to limit network connections to produce faster and cheaper solutions.

ChipCob is now certified for communicating with this system and can be applied to all types and sizes of distributed energy assets that UKPN monitors. The ANM platform is currently been further developed to work with big data and AI, adding further capabilities to ChipCob.
