We are pleased to announce details of the next EngageNE network event and are delighted that Colin Bell, Business Growth Director at NELEP (North East Local Enterprise Partnership) will join us to open the event to talk about the NELEP’s vision for the region; the North East Strategic Economy Plan – to create 100,000 more and better jobs by 2024.

EngageNE would like to approach this event with true cross-sector collaboration with representatives from some our largest and most successful local networks, as well as our loyal EngageNE network members, and all new members will be welcome as usual!

Our network is about bringing like-minded people together to share best practice and encourage an engaged NE workforce. We would encourage anyone who shares our mindset to come along!

We will explore how to approach developing company values via an interactive activity and actually create the core values that our EngageNE network members feel are important to support real engagement in the workplace and help achieve the North East vision and strategic economic plan.

Employee Engagement is about creating an emotional connection to specific goals with a view to improving productivity and performance, which will in turn help our region grow and create more and better jobs for our people!
