Read more >The one day, free event will take place at the Arc, Stockton and will bring together various local businesses and environment practitioners who have alternative solutions to some of the contributing factors to climate change.
Organised by Science and Engineering Presenter, Julie Harrison, who has been working with young people on the causes of plastic pollution for over 10 years.
The venue have kindly offered their space for free as their contribution however, Julie needs your donations and support to cover the cost of running the event, workshop delivery, volunteer expenses and arts & craft supplies.
With the help of others, Julie wants to bring together individuals and organisations that offer an alternative way of doing things that will reduce our carbon footprint and encourage residents of Stockton on Tees and the surrounding area to make just one small change.
Each workshop will run twice throughout the day, people can rotate around them or just attend those they are interested in.
No one is too small to make a difference, come along to find out what difference you can make.
