Melissa Neilson has more than a decade of experience working in HR roles across a variety of sectors, including education, the public sector and manufacturing.
She joins the company amid a period of sustained growth which began at the start of 2020 and has seen its turnover double and its client number increase by 100 per cent.
HR2day provides bespoke HR solutions to SMEs across the UK and provided online support and advice to business leaders throughout the pandemic.
In addition to an HR qualification from Aston University, Melissa also holds a CIPD level 5 in human resource management.
Melissa Neilson said: “I decided to apply for a role at HR2day as I saw it as an exciting but different, opportunity for me to further my skills and knowledge.
“I am always trying to enhance my experiences as I strive to be the best version of myself, and I’m certain this job will allow me to do that.
“In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks in the countryside and would describe myself as a very caring, loyal, and passionate person – all characteristics I apply to my work in HR.”
