Join us on 19th November for a half day seminar that will introduce design thinking as a method and demonstrate how it can be applied to production and management.

You will take part in structured exercises called ‘sprints’ where you and fellow participants will be guided by a “How might we…” question which will frame the problem and create ‘lightbulb moments’ of insight.

Using speed and rigour, we will guide you through creating ideas, turning them rapidly into prototypes, and crafting your own roadmap to keep you moving forward.

The seminar will be led by two facilitators experienced in creating processes and cultures for innovation breakthroughs in established organisations.

Tim Hough, an R&D lead from Tracerco will also share lessons from their 18 month ‘Lean Innovation’ journey.

This seminar provides the chance to refresh your thinking and create pragmatic value-add.
