Bilfinger UK win the Innovation in Learning award at the ECI Training & Development Awards
Bilfinger UK are proud to announce that we were chosen as the winners of the ‘Innovation in Learning’ award for our reskill programme at the ECI Training and Development Awards last week!
Our site management and HR team worked collaboratively with the ECITB and AIS Training to develop the reskill programme, which was successfully delivered via a pilot scheme to 10 of our employees at our Fawley site.
This programme has helped the company retain valuable employees, capture knowledge within the business, enable individuals to develop new skills and reduced average training times from 3-4 years to around 18 months!
