This senior appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to Process Safety Services and will see Mark’s vital contribution to support the business’ strategy in the delivery of quality Process Safety Consultancy and Process Safety Engineering Services.
Prior to joining AXIOM, a Chartered Chemical Engineer, Mark has over 20 years’ experience on upper tier COMAH sites across several sectors including petrochemicals, fine chemicals (batch and continuous) and pharmaceutical industries with FujiFilm Diosynth, Sabic, Ineos and Rohm and Hass. His experience includes process plant design, analytical problem solving and reliability engineering in addition to working in a GMP environment.
Mark’s previous roles include experience as a trained Hazard Study/HAZOP leader with expertise in LOPAs and PHRs, in addition to Pressure Relief and many years project design engineering, including commissioning. Further roles include Site Responsible Process Engineer and PSSR duty holder,
responsible for technical assurance and appointment of engineers to key positions.
AXIOM’s Process Safety Team continues to expand with the capability to deliver a complete suite of Process Safety services, including support with license to operate, hazard analysis and risk assessment, delivering solutions at every stage of the asset life cycle. Mark will work as part of the AXIOM Process Safety Engineering and Consultancy Team, which is seamlessly integrated with AXIOM’s in-house inspection & NDT, Materials and Mechanical specialists to deliver support across a diverse range of industries and energy sectors.
