The Asset Management through TPM awareness (Level 1A) It is the first step for individuals who would like to become more involved in TPM within their own company and the precursor to the more advanced TPM courses. The course will explore the world recognised 11 step TPM model as discussed in the “Total Productive Maintenance, a foundation of Operational Excellence” book.

This course provides the participant with an understanding of the fundamental TPM principles. Specifically, you will:

Lean and the links to TPM
The history of TPM
Understand the key drivers in TPM
Be able to participate effectively in TPM activities.
