Asset Management through TPM – 22 – 23 October 2020

The Asset Management through TPM awareness (Level 1A) It is the first step for individuals who would like to become more involved in TPM within their own company and the precursor to the more advanced TPM courses.

The course will explore the world recognised 11 step TPM model with one of the co-authors of the “Total Productive Maintenance, a foundation of Operational Excellence”

This course provides the participant with an understanding of the fundamental TPM principles.

Specifically, you will:

Learn and the links to TPM
The history of TPM
Understand the key drivers in TPM
Be able to participate effectively in TPM activities.
How it is delivered

We deliver the course through:

Virtual Training

The training is set up using Zoom Meetings in 2 x 2 hour sessions over two days. This will be supported by self study. We will use case studies and activities to ensure the training is enjoyable, meaningful and relevant.

Coaching

Every candidate will receive 1:1 coaching support from one of our experienced trainers.

Experiential learning

You will practice what you have learnt by undertaking a real-life ‘Kaizen’ activity. You will then present this back as part of your accreditation.

Accredited Learning

On successful completion of this course you will receive your accredited TPM awareness (1A) Certificate from LCS & Cardiff University.
