The Endeavour Partnership’s Mock Tribunal Experience is back after three years, on 19 October.

This event is designed specifically for anyone with staff management responsibilities including HR specialists, managers and company directors.

Our tribunal experience is perfect for you if:
• You want to become more confident in understanding and handling an employment tribunal should the worst happen.
• You want to learn how to avoid the most common employer mistakes and how to procedurally and practically avoid a tribunal in the first place.
• You want to learn and share experiences and concerns in a safe, friendly and light-hearted environment.

This year’s event will be held at the Friarage Theatre at Yarm School. Yarm School is donating the venue charge and we are donating a percentage of the ticket price to our nominated charity of the year, Team Luke Foundation.

Please note, there will be free parking at the venue as it is the Autumn half term for the staff and pupils.

The event will start at 8:30 am with breakfast and networking, with the tribunal in session from 9:15 am sharp! We’ll end the day with the judge’s decision and a Q&A at approximately 11:30am.
