It’s not just traditional industries or large organisations that are choosing the apprenticeship route nowadays.

Small businesses also find it a useful way to recruit and train staff. Part-funded by the European Social Fund, North East Ambition supports small businesses to engage their future workforce and skills pipeline, supports staff development, training and retention and helps businesses promote their opportunities and create positive brand awareness.
