Northern Skills Group invites you to an information, advice and guidance session to learn more about our latest Leadership and Management Programmes. The session will provide insight into how each programme can support your professional development and includes 121 consultations with our Leadership and Management Delivery team,

helping you decide which programme is right for you.

Please see below brief outline of what will be covered during the evening:

Introduction to qualifications
Explanation of what job role is appropriate for each level
Commitment required (20% off the job learning, attendance at day release, assignment completion)
Commercial v Apprenticeship options
Q&A
Completion of maths and English initial assessments
Completion of skill scans
121 discussion with ILM delivery staff

Please remember to bring along your CV and proof of any prior qualifications. This will include your English and maths qualifications such as GCSE, Functional Skills or A Level certificates. If you do not have the required maths and English qualifications we will ask you to complete a short initial assessment either on the day or at a later convenient time.
