As a marketing and communications account manager at Resolution, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with clients while overseeing and executing marketing campaigns. You will be involved in developing strategies, managing projects and collaborating with the internal teams to achieve success.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a small team to encourage development and growth, both for the individual and the business. We have processes in place to deliver for our clients but we are looking for someone who will bring ideas to enhance our methods.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies based around client’s business objectives
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, provide regular reports and recommendations to optimise results
Handle multiple client accounts and priorities while ensuring consistent communication and deliverables
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings
Plan and implement impactful campaigns
Actively participate in new business development including proposal writing and tenders using existing processes
Create written and visual content, including blogs, videos, social media plans and accompanying graphics
Increase brand awareness for a range of clients and industries
Maintain client relationships and represent Resolution at networking events
Experience:
Marketing agency experience is essential
Strong understanding of various channels such as Google Analytics and Ads, SEO and Meta Business Suite
Knowledge of marketing in both B2B and B2C scenarios
Experience with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop
Support and motivate fellow team members
Skills:
Effective communication skills, particularly when briefing design
Confident creative writing ability, including knowledge of grammar and punctuation
Project management skills with a keen eye for detail
Competent with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Education:
Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field (preferred)
A – C in English and Maths GCSE (or qualifications at an equivalent level)
