In 2024 SEAM Group embarked on a project with a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company to enhance the Reliability competence of their site teams at one of their multi-site flagship manufacturing plants.

The programme included upskilling the competence of the reliability team and developing the reliability function to enhance value and ultimately reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.

The project resulted in many winning results for our client including a clearly defined improvement in competence to ‘advanced knowledge’ standards, the risk of unplanned downtime significantly reduced and the project was selected as the winner of “The Best Teamwork in a Project” at our clients Global Engineering awards.
