Our flagship annual networking event, Meet the Members includes sector updates, mentoring and networking opportunities, and is attended by investors, manufacturers and suppliers from across North East England’s process sector.  Since its inception the event has grown into the standout networking event for the region’s process industry and supply chain sectors.

This year’s event will include a new format, bringing you a number of industry speaker sessions throughout the day, a dedicated networking zone, as well as our usual mentoring sessions, keynote talks, exhibition stands, lunch, refreshments and lots of networking!

Exhibiting

Be one of our exhibiting companies at Meet the Members 2024 and gain access and exposure to hundreds of regional industry business people.

This year we are offering a limited number of premium exhibition spaces alongside our standard spaces. These will include an optional speaker slot at one of our rotating sessions taking place throughout the day, as well as a stand located within a premium location alongside our sponsors. 

We are also allowing exhibitors to select their stand location. Once you have booked your stand, you will be sent an email with a link to our floorplan where you can make your selection.*

*Please note: If you plan to bring a stand or extra equipment that will exceed the standard 3x1m space, there will be an extra charge and NEPIC will allocate your location.

Competition Law Statement

Trade association meetings have, in the past, been used as a forum for the establishment of cartels and they are therefore the subject of scrutiny by the UK Competition and Markets Authority. For the purposes of remaining compliant with competition law, members should not discuss commercially sensitive strategic information (including but not limited to, details of proposed or actual pricing, information about target or key customers or expansion plans) in or around NEPIC meetings, including at unofficial get-togethers or over coffee/lunch.
