Paul has over 40 years’ experience working within the North East Process Industry sector and supporting businesses in Europe, Middle and the Far East.

A successful career in delivering innovative service solutions in senior leadership roles for ICI, Enron and Sembcorp provided Paul with a pathway to developing an extensive network of collaboration and efficiencies on multi occupancy industrial parks.

Paul has extensive knowledge on how the regional industrial parks operate from his previous role as a vice president with Sembcorp Energy UK.

Previously serving as operations director at Falck Fire Services, Paul has a wealth of experience in the field of industrial emergency response and management. 

Paul’s expertise in our sector is diverse, including organisation design, rightsizing, designing and delivering focused service solutions, business continuity management, managing strategic change processes, and driving business development in various market sectors. His track record highlights his ability to navigate complex environments, deliver exceptional services to multi-company sites, and cultivate partnerships with stakeholders such as clients, regulators, and trade unions. 

Paul holds a MSc in Organisational Change Management and is a Fellow of the Joint Oil Industry Fire Forum

Paul has a passion for volunteering and is a Trustee Director of Hornby Park and Seaton Carew Cricket Club and can often be seen preparing wickets, coaching and mentoring young players and fundraising.
