The Decarbonisation Innovation Special Interest Group (SIG) is a forum for innovation, organised by NEPIC with support from Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA).

Our next event will take place on 26 September 2023 and include the following speakers:

– Appleyard Lees
– Catalsys
– Evides Industriewater
– Arup
– On Site Energy
– Industrial Decarbonisation Research and Innovation Centre (IDRIC)

In these meetings we build the connection between the SIG and manufacturers within Tees Valley by inviting companies to raise their decarbonisation innovation challenges. We also welcome companies with decarbonisation solutions to share their innovations and promote synergies.

The SIG includes breakout room discussions, facilitated by NEPIC, where specific talking points are discussed and recorded.

These discussions allow access to industry experts and academics (among others) in a quickfire process to identify opportunities and collaboration prospects. NEPIC can assist further conversations to benefit interested parties.
