Read more >One of the main issues facing the process industry today is the skills gap and leadership succession planning. Mature, experienced, skilled workers are ageing and approaching retirement, and the less experienced staff can’t learn quickly enough to replace those leaving the sector. Skilled managers have their pick of where to work, as they are so in demand. So how do companies overcome or start to tackle this?
Jackson Hogg is delighted to announce our Future Leader Peer Group programme, enabling businesses locally nationally and internationally to develop their future leaders.
The aim of the peer groups is to help support our clients to protect, develop and retain their talent. Future Leader Peer Groups are an innovative way to look at management and leadership development. Combining the collaborative power of peer-based problem solving with expert leadership, our Peer Groups take managers from good to great.
This pioneering new training is accredited with the NCFE and has an external facilitator taking the sessions. This is action learning, which embodies the exact skills that will soon become a shortage, those that cannot be learnt from a textbook.
We are hosting a free taster session for potential participants on Thursday 30th March from 2pm.
If you are interested in learning more, I am happy to chat through the whole process over phone or teams.
Equally, please follow the link for further details and to sign up to your taster session: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/547701809857
