Read more >CO2 leaks in cold storage rooms can quickly become extremely dangerous because CO2 refrigeration systems generally operate at high pressures. The new IR22F transmitter from GfG, reliably monitors CO2 concentrations even under the toughest of conditions.
This rugged (IP65) transmitter is designed to measure carbon dioxide at ambient temperatures down to -40 °C. Additionally, two switching outputs enable the connection of further safety measures, such as self-retaining alarm buttons, signal horns or warning lights at each measuring point.
A three-colour status LED (green, yellow and red) provides information about alarms and the operating status of the transmitter. The IR22F is available with a digital RS-485 interface and Modbus protocol or as an analogue 4-20 mA version. It is also ACDC capable to allow additional data to be transmitted digitally over normal 4-20 mA lines..
